Weather conditions baffle search efforts after bridge collapse

Photo taken on June 16, 2007 shows the collapsed Jiujiang bridge in Foshan, south China's Guangdong Province. Video surveillance cameras show there were four vehicles and nine people in the water beneath the bridge which partially collapsed after it was hit by a boat on Friday.
