China's senior lawmaker meets Danish Parliament president

Han Qide, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature,met Thursday in Beijing with the Danish Parliament delegation led by President Christian Mejdahl.

Mejdahl and his party are paying the official good-will visit to China from June 19 to 28 at the invitation of China's top legislator Wu Bangguo.
