CPPCC delegation leaves for three European countries

Senior Chinese political advisor Xu Kuangdi left the Chinese capital Beijing on Tuesday for visits to Monaco, Austria and Romania.

Xu, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), will attend the 18th annual session of the Crans Montana Forum to be convened in Monaco at the invitation of President of the forum Jean Paul Carteron.

He will also visit Austria and Romania as guest of the Austrian Federal Council and the Romanian Senate.

The Crans Montana Forum was founded in 1989 with an aim to discuss hot international and regional issues, and to promote understanding and communication among countries, governments and enterprises.
