Female college students' military training: Excellent as their male schoolmates

Grade 2012 undergraduate students' military training performance was held in Tianjin University on Sept. 7, 2013.

A total of 3,821 students from 17 schools of the university took part in the performance. A red female militia phalanx consisting of 70 female students grabbed much attention. Dressed in red uniforms and red hats, with guns in hands, those female students formed a beautiful scene. Their actions were up to the standard and their voices were loud and energetic.

This phalanx comprising 70 students selected from more than 1,500 female students participated in the military training, aiming at fully arousing students' enthusiasm and sense of honor, and making students get military training "actively" instead of "passively".
