African Cup of Nations hosts Ghana were thrashed 5-0 by Saudi Arabia in an international friendly in Riyadh earlier this week, local media reported Friday.
The hosts opened the scoring as early the fifth minute through Yasser Al Qahtani, who also scored six minutes after half-time.
Saud Khariri was also on target in the 25th minute, Saad Al Harthi and Rehda Tukar completed the rout with a penalty each.
It was Ghananian Black Stars' second friendly in four days after the team defeated Morocco 2-0 in France on Saturday.
