The Changlong Ocean World project on Hengqin Island, Zhuhai, recently began announcement of its environmental impact assessment. The construction site of the current project, named the first phase project of Zhuhai's Changlong Ocean World, is located in Fuxiang Bay of Hengqin Island, Zhuhai, and has a total investment of over three billion yuan.
The first phase project of Zhuhai's Changlong Ocean World covers a total construction area of 1.2045 million square meters. Construction includes an ocean theme park, an international ocean world, and outdoor recreational facilities. The entire project will cover a total area of 5 square kilometers. According to plans, it will be Asia's largest ocean park incorporating exhibitions, an amusement park, as well as a hotel and vacation resort.
