Wang Zhaoguo, male, ethnic Han, native of Fengrun, Hebei Province, born in July 1941. Joined the CPC in December 1965 and began working in September 1966. Graduated from the Department of Power Generating Machinery of Harbin Institute of Technology, majoring in turbomachine. With a university education. Engineer.
