The Herault region of southern France has decided to donate 100,000 euros in relief aid to quake-hit areas in China's southwestern Sichuan province, the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) said Tuesday.

The donation would be transferred to the quake-ravaged regions by the CPAFFC for reconstruction of school, hospital and other infrastructures.
