First national digital publication base established in Shanghai |

The State Press and Publications Administration and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government held their first joint conference in Shanghai on July 16. At this time, China's first national digital publication base —— the Zhangjiang national digital publication base was set up. The base will facilitate the four goals in creating China's own popular digital publications: intellectual property rights for independent innovation in digital publications; become a model for the publishing industry to enter the capital market; and absorb the latest technology in digital publication.
