At present, 337 groups of CRH trains were put into operation in China. China's research and development as well as manufacturing technology has reached an advanced level across the world.
On Sept. 28, CRH308A, the new generation of high-speed train with independent intellectual property rights, reached top speed of 416.6 kilometers during trial operation between Shanghai to Hangzhou, hitting a record high.
Ultra-high-speed trains with over 500 kilometers per hour capacity are also stepping up tests, currently.
It was reported that operating and under construction mileage of China's high-speed railway have reached up to 7,055 kilometers and 10,000 kilometers, respectively, as of the end of September of this year.
China has a lead in the high-speed rail system technology, operating speed, operating mileage and under-construction mileage across the world.
