Han Changfu, minister of Ministry of Agriculture, said at the online ceremony that the newspaper should use refined language, vibrant news, profuse and beneficial information to provide service for farmers and cadres at the grassroots level.
The Farmers' Daily mobile version aims to establish a platform for the publishing of agricultural information using the fastest and most convenient way to provide public services in policy, technology, market and weather aspects.
