Gu Xiulian, vice-chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, on Friday afternoon met a delegation of the Communist Youth Union of Cuba at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
The Delegation, headed by the Union's First Secretary Julio Martinez, came to visit China at the invitation of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China.
Zhang Xiaolan, secretary of the secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, also attended the meeting.
