China appreciates the Equatorial Guinean government's donation of one million euros to the Chinese government for quake relief, said Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi here Tuesday.

Yang received the donation after his talks with Equatorial Guinean Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, French Affairs Pastor Micha Ondo Bile who is here to express condolences and hand over the donation.

During their talks, Yang pointed to the comprehensive and rapid development of bilateral relations in recent years and fruitful results of bilateral cooperation in various fields.

He said China appreciates the Equatorial Guinean government's one-China policy and will continue to work with the latter to push for greater development of bilateral relations.

Micha said the Equatorial Guinean government will continue to abide by the one-China policy and promote, along with China, the overall development of bilateral cooperation in various fields.

The two foreign ministers also exchanged views on international and regional issues of common concern.
