Russian media hails China's successful space mission |

Russian media has reported the successful landing of China's Shenzhou-7 manned spacecraft and hailed China's achievements in its space mission.
The Vremiy Novostei published on Monday said that China conducted its first spacewalk during the Shenzhou-7 flight following the successful Beijing Olympics. China has now become the third country to perform spacewalk after Russia and the United States.
The Labour said that the Shenzhou-7 is China's third manned space flight and will be recorded as the first mission during which Chinese taikonauts conducted the country's first spacewalk.
Other leading newspapers such as the Kommersant, Rossiskaya Gazeta and television channels also reported the Shenzhou-7 flight.
The Shenzhou-7 that carried the three taikonauts blasted off Thursday evening and flew 68 hours in space which included the 20-minute spacewalk on Saturday.
