China-Japan dialogue focuses on environment, IPR - specialThe second China-Japan high-level economic dialogue, co-chaired by Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan and Japanese Foreign Minister Hirofumi Nakasone, opened in Tokyo Sunday.
Attended by senior officials of the two countries' relevant departments, the dialogue will touch upon a wide range of topics including energy conservation, environmental protection, finance, agriculture, trade and investment, intellectual property, information and communication, as well as disaster prevention and relief.
