Indonesia's president gives aid to refugees of erupted volcano

Indonesia's President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono gave aid worth 3 billion rupiah (about 333,853 U.S. dollars) to refugees of erupted volcano Sinabung Mount in North Sumatra province, detikcom reported on Monday.
He urged local governments to be more well-prepared in anticipating natural disasters.
"They must have a higher awareness to minimize the number of victim," he said.
The president also asked them to pay attention on survivals, including on psychological factors and treatment.
