Four young Australians, who are traveling the globe using bio-diesel, a fuel made from waste-oil, arrived in Darwin of Northern Territory on Tuesday, completing the first leg of their road trip from Tasmania of Australia to Norway.

Justin Hancock and Oscar Peppitt are two of the four man contingent, who will cross 30 countries and finish in Norway as part of the Green Way Up project.

The group from Sydney earlier built a portable bio-diesel processor behind their four-wheel drive, and all they need to kick start the process is through donated waste oil.

The four adventurer, who left Tasmania in early April, on Tuesday arrived in Darwin, where they have complete the first leg of the road trip without stopping at a service station.

"You can go into your local restaurant and ask for a jar of their used cooking oil," Peppitt told ABC News on Tuesday.
