Ship with 12 sailors onboard sinks in Black Sea, 8 rescued

A vessel with 12 sailors on board sank in the Black Sea near city of Kerch due to storm, Crimea's Emergency Ministry said Monday.
Eight of the sailors were rescued and taken to hospital, according to the ministry. The crew included ten Russians and two Ukrainians.
"The cargo ship under Mongol flag gave the SOS on Sunday night during a strong storm," the ministry said, adding that the vessel was carrying metal.
Two Ukrainian and one Russian rescue boats headed to the disaster site after getting a signal. Search and rescue operation is underway.
