Gold price higher in Hong Kong -- Aug. 22 |

The gold price in Hong Kong went up 2 HK dollars to 6,098 HK dollars per tael on Wednesday, according to the Bank of China (Hong Kong).
The price is equivalent to 656.2 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 0.6 U.S. dollars at Wednesday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.800 HK dollars.
