HSBC Bank (China) Co. Ltd. said it issued 1 billion yuan (146.41 million U.S. dollars) of bonds in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on June 25.

The two-year floating-rate notes were priced 38 basis points over the three-month Shanghai interbank offered rate.
