The U.S. dollar continued to go downagainst the yen Friday in Tokyo.

The dollar traded at 99.15-18 yen at 5 p.m., compared with 99.80-90 yen in New York and 101.16-18 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro was quoted at 1.3610-3612 dollars and 134.96-135.00 yen, against 1.3600-3610 dollars and 135.71-81 yen in New York and1.3734-3735 dollars and 138.94-98 yen in Tokyo late Thursday. Enditem
