P&G starts building Asia's largest distribution center in Guangzhou

Procter & Gamble (P&G) formally initiated the construction of a distribution center in Guangzhou Thursday. The center will consume more than $100 million and will become the company's largest in Asia and second largest in the world.
The world-renowned company will split investment costs with the Guangzhou government with the latter in charge of land acquisition and construction of the warehouse. P&G will invest in logistics equipment.
