Chinese Taipei Taekwondo players reaped one gold, one silver and one bronze in Saturday's taekwondo competitions at the 24th Universiade after they contributed to the delegation one gold and one bronze on Friday.
The taekwondo players have contributed all but two bronze medals for Chinese Taipei at the Universiade.
Doha Asiad gold medalist Su Li-wen claimed the title in women's 63kg category taekwondo competition after defeating Croatian player Josipa Kusanic.
Her teammates Tseng Ching-hsiang lost the sudden death round of the final to Iranian player Mohammad Ragheri Motamed, last year's World University Taekwondo Championships silver medalist, in men's 67kg category.
And Hsiao Wan-tien got the bronze in women's 59kg division.
Lin An-ni grabbed a gold in women's 67kg category and Hung Chun- an got a bronze in men's 78kg class on Friday.
After three days' competitions, taekwondo powerhouse South Korea topped the taekwondo gold medal tally with four golds, followed by Iranian delegation, which got three in hands.
