A tribute concert for the late pop king Michael Jackson will be held in front of the Schonbrunn Palace in Vienna on Sept. 26, the concert organizer told a press conference Tuesday.

About 65,000 Michael Jackson fans from around the world, as well as Jackson's mother and his children, are expected to attend the concert.

So far, 13 artists, including Michael Jackson's brother Jermaine Jackson, Mary J. Blige, R&B-Singer Akon, Soul-Vokalistin Natalie Cole, Sister Slegde, and the boy band US5, have agreed to participate in concert performances, said Georg Kindel, the concert organizer.

However, the list of actors to attend the concert has yet to be confirmed, said Kindel.

Many Jackson's most famous songs will be performed at the concern, such as Man in The Mirror, Beat It, Thriller, and You Are Not Alone, he said.

Vienna's Vice-Mayor Renate Brauner said that Vienna would contribute 600,000 euros (864,000 U.S. dollars) to the concert, saying she believed the concert could greatly boost tourism in Vienna.

Reports said that ticket sales for the concert will begin on September 20.

A standing ticket for the concert may cost 63-212 euros (about 92.2-305.3 dollars), while a sitting ticket may cost 278-518 euros(400.3-745.9 dollars), said the reports.

Jackson died June 25 at his rented Holmby Hills mansion in Los Angeles at age 50, just days before he was to perform a series of concerts in London.
