2. Thailand
With a moderate level of consumption, Thailand is a good place for retired visitors. Apart form well known seaside villas, blue lagoons and busy urban district of Bangkok, it's cheap and has a good medical service that ranks high in Asia. However, because most of best personal clinics are all in urban districts of Bangkok, visitors had better not go somewhere beyond 3 hours away when visiting the seaside.
