One victim was a 50-year-old man who was taken into the state-run Prince Hamzah Hospital on Nov. 4, the ministry said in a statement.
Two days after, his situation deteriorated and he was taken to the hospital's intensive care unit, where he died on Tuesday, according to the ministry.
The second victim was a three-and-a-half-year old girl who was admitted into the King Abdullah I Hospital on Monday in a "very bad" condition. The child, who suffered from cancer, died several hours later, the ministry indicated.
As of Wednesday, the number of A/H1N1 flu cases registered in Jordan hit 2,604 since the discovery of the first case in June, according to the Health Ministry.
