The Miss Hong Kong 2010 pageant dropped its curtain on Aug. 1. Toby Chan won the crown and is now the newest Miss Hong Kong and Miss International Goodwill.
As a 'dark horse' in the competition, Chan did not receive massive recognition from the public and was involved in a scandal because her boyfriend was a sponsor of the pageant. However, Chan said she did not think of herself as a 'dark horse,' and she said she feels she deserves the title.
Sammi Cheung and Lisa Chong won second and third place, respectively.
