A Chinese family of five have attracted attention after spending 4 years living in a converted bus. They cannot afford to buy a house in Zhengzhou the capital city of Henan Province.
Head of the household Feng Zeng came to the city in search of work from his home in Huaiyang County. He used his savings to set up a garage in the suburbs. As Feng Zeng could not afford to buy a family home he spent 8000 yuan (1,200 U.S. dollars) on a scrapped bus. He then parked it alongside the garage and converted it into a 'bus house'.
Feng Zeng says that although he couldn't afford a proper home for now, his greatest wish was to let his children attend schools in the capital city so they would receive a better education.
