Teenager shot dead at New York subway station |

Police were searching for suspects in the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old at a New York subway station early on Monday.
The shooting happened at 1:15 a.m. (0515 GMT) Monday near the MetroCard booth at the Broadway station on the N line in Astoria, Queens.
Police say Jose Sierra of the Bronx was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene.
A group of four or five men were seen fleeing the train station after the shooting.
Police questioned a number of people coming from nightclubs and bars, but no arrests have been made.
There was no apparent motive in the slaying. The investigation into the Labor Day killing was continuing.
