CFHRD will hold monuments of thanks for 11 countries |

The China Foundation for Human Rights Development (CFHRD) revealed on August 19 that they will present monuments of gratitude to Russia and 10 other countries which sent rescue teams and medical teams. Those countries did a great job supporting earthquake relief work after the “5.12” earthquake in China; and they carried out the human spirit of cherishing life and respecting human rights.
All these 11 countries will receive the “Thank You Monument,”crafted by Chinese sculpture artists, for their international rescue efforts during the Wenchuan Earthquake. In addition, every team member who came to China to give support in the rescue will receive a small replica.
