Paris Hilton's younger brother Barron was sentenced to three years probation Wednesday in connection with his drunk driving bust in California, media reports said.
The 18-year-old hotel heir was not in court, leaving his attorney, Richard Hutton, to enter the plea to driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level above California's 0.08 percent legal limit and unlawful possession of a false license.
To atone for the driving sins, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner H. Jay Ford sentenced Hilton to three years' probation, fined him 2,000 U.S. dollars, suspended his license for one year and ordered him to log time at the L.A. County morgue.
Barron was stopped by police on the Pacific Coast Highway on Feb. 12, when he was reportedly found to have almost twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system. Hilton was held by cops and then released on bail.
