On July 5, the chloroethylene device of the PVC Program in Inner Mongolia Yili Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. was running smoothly. It is the world’s biggest program of PVC manufacturing using the Acetylene method nowadays. Due to the financial crisis, the program suspended production for some time. Under the support of Ordos Municipality Government, the company restarted the production line of PVC and has recently realized full capacity manufacturing. By June 30, the Yili Chemical Industry produced 103,400 tons of PVC resin.
