ROME, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- One of the two North Africans suspected of murdering a Chinese father and his child in a robbery two weeks ago was found dead near Rome on Monday.
The corpse, which has already been identified, was found hanged near a farmhouse on the far northern outskirts of Rome, local media reported.
In the past days, Italian police had launched a manhunt for the men, believed to be between 20 and 30 years old, by using photos, fingerprints and DNA evidence in a bid to track them down.
The two suspects were wanted for the murder of Zhou Zheng, a 31-year-old Chinese bar owner and his nine-month-old daughter Joy, who were brutally shot dead in the Tor Pignattara area in southeast of the Italian capital when two robbers demanded the bar's takings.
