Music dream in slums

Koch Records is a small music studio in Korogocho Slum of Nairobi, capital of Kenya. The studio was established in May 2012 especially for the young dream seekers with limited financial resources to develop their musical talents as well as improve their lives.

Since the foundation, more than 50 music lovers from nearby slums have come to the studio to record song.

Korogocho is one of the largest slum neighborhoods in Nairobi and is home to many sports and music stars. Many young people living here have the dream to change their lives by making music.
