JERUSALEM, March 19 (Xinhua) -- Israeli security forces demolished six structures that were built in two outposts in the West Bank overnight on Monday, a day before U.S. President Barack Obama is set to visit the country, Israeli media reported.

Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and Israeli policemen demolished two structures in an outpost called "Oz Zion" and another four structures at another outpost named "Ramat Migron."

Several settlers threw stones at the security men during the demolition, Ynet website said on Monday, reiterating that no injuries were reported.

The residents of the outpost accused Obama's visit for the timing of the demolitions.

"This is obsequiousness which stems from fear of Obama," Amichai Ben David, a local resident told the Ynet.

The IDF is preparing for a possible retaliation move in the shape of a "price tag" attack, usually conducted by extreme settlers in response to the demolition of Jewish settlements in the West Bank and targeting Palestinians and their property for the most part, well-placed source at the IDF confirmed the details to Xinhua.
