Liu Chang is the daughter of Liu Yonghao, chairman of New Hope Group. Now she works for her father’s company as broad director. She gained a MBA degree in the U.S in 2002, and was ranked the 4th on the Hurun 2012 list of Richest Chinese under forty.

New Hope Group is the largest non-government business group and the biggest feed producer in China. It has been granted the “Award for outstanding management” by Chinese Enterprise Association.
