RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct. 25 (Xinhua) -- Brazil will play two friendlies against African sides Gabon and Egypt, the Brazilian Confederation of Soccer (CBF) announced here on Tuesday.
The first match will take place on November 10 in the capital city of Gabon, Libreville while the second friendly will be held in Doha, Qatar on November 14 in a make-up match against Egypt.
The original match was supposed to take place in Egypt in September, but the revolution in that country caused the match to be postponed.
The head coach of the Brazilian national soccer team, Mano Menezes, will divulge his roster of players to participate in both friendlies on October 27. The list of players will be exclusive to athletes that play abroad due to the fact that the Brazilian Championship is coming to an end and clubs are unwilling to release their star players to participate in a "meaningless friendly."
