World’s ballroom dancers present stunning wheelchair dance

BEIJING, March 25 (People’s Daily Online) --The 15th CBDF Open and Beijing Wheelchair Dance Open was held in Ditan Gymnasium in Beijing on March 23, 2013.

Gao Zhanxiang, 77, who is the former vice culture minister and former party secretary of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Honorary President of Chinese ballroom dance Federation, led the first dance for the competition. Wheelchair dancers from America, Russia performed in the opening ceremony of the competition.
