Myanmar to appoint Chinese, Thai interpreters for 27th SEA Games

YANGON, April 3 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar Olympic Committee(MOC) will appoint qualified interpreters from China and Thailand for foreign coaches at Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, Mandalay and Ngwehsaung beach where 27th SEA Games will be held, official media reported Wednesday.

It is planned to appoint 45 Chinese interpreters and 20 Thai interpreters.

Men and women who are in good health have good social skills and are fluent in Chinese and Thai language are eligible for the posts.

Among the bidders for the forthcoming SEA Games, Detsu Sports Asia Pte.Ltd & JK Consulting and Management Co.,Ltd was chosen as a successful bidder by the Committee on Finance and Awards under the Ministry of Finance and Revenue.

The 27th SEA Games will be held in Nay Pyi Taw from Dec.11 to 22 this year.
