Built in 1950, the People's Art Printing House was once confronted with financial deficit. But it made the most of its geographic advantage and turned the factory into an innovation industry park named "People's Fine Art Cultural Zone". Since 2011, it has attracted 20 creative enterprises. The total output value in the innovation park exceeded 300 million yuan (about 48.1 million U.S.dollars) in 2012.
