Nowadays, new words and phrases that originated from the Internet, such as holdzhu, shangbuqi, shanzhai, are rife in the daily life.

The exploded development of Internet slangs has caused a stir. It is certain that Internet slangs bring us much pleasure, meet the needs of interpersonal communication in the fiercely competitive and fast-paced modern society, reduce the time cost of exchanges among "insiders", and bring our lives a new vitality.

Languages are dynamic and variable. There is no need to regard the new words on the Internet as a big threat, because it is a development result of historical rule.

However, it is not to say that the network language can be accepted entirely, the misuse, abuse, and even excessive reliance on Internet slangs worth our attention.
