China's Imperial Palace, together with Palace of Versailles in France, Buckingham Palace in UK, The White House in US and the Kremlin Palace in Russia, are known as the top 5 palaces in the would, featuring in the World Culture Heritage list by UNESCO.

The Imperial Palace became China's center of royal authority over a span of more than 500 years. Its landscape features thousands of arts and crafts pieces and more than 8000 rooms and architectural features. It vividly depicts China's priceless Ming and Qing dynasty history.
