Introduction
Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China is a ministry under the State Council responsible for China’s education and the spoken and written language. The basic duties and responsibilities of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China are: Researching and drawing up guidelines and policies for China’s education; drafting relevant rules and regulations; drawing up strategies, policies and plans for educational reform and development; establishing the key points, structure as well as the speed of China’s educational development; guiding and coordinating the implementation of relevant works.	教育部是主管教育事业和语言文字工作的国务院组成部门。　　其主要职能是：研究拟定教育工作的方针、政策，起草有关教育的法律、法规草案，提出教育改革与发展战略和全国教育事业发展规划，拟定教育体制改革的政策以及教育发展的重点、结构、速度，指导并协调实施工作。
