China remains sober despite economic miracle

The Communist Party of China will further enhance its awareness of crises, innovation, objectives, and missions on the new journey.

China’s economic outlook is increasingly bright. The country will surpass the United States as the world’s largest economy as early as 2016, according to a report titled “Looking to 2060: A Global Vision of Long-term Growth” recently released by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.

It was not the first time that China’s economic growth had been “accelerated.” Similar predictions have something do with the data model and calculation methods involved, and reflect people’s growing expectation of the pivotal role of the Chinese economy in driving global economic growth.

When covering China’s development trends, many foreign media outlets have noticed that the word “sober” was mentioned many times in the report to the 18th CPC National Congress. An Italian news agency reported that the world knows well that the CPC has done many good things for the masses, but the Party remains sober.
