NANNING, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- Ma Biao was re-elected chairman of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Tuesday at the first session of the 12th regional People's Congress, the local legislature.
Ma, 58, is a native of Guangxi and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 1985.
He was first elected chairman of Guangxi in January 2008.
