BEIJING, July 22 (Xinhua) -- President Xi Jinping has urged all-out rescue effort and put "saving life" as the top priority after a deadly earthquake hit northwest China's Gansu Province Monday morning.
As of 17:00 p.m. Monday, at least 75 people have been confirmed killed and more than 600 were injured in the 6.6-magnitude quake that jolted the juncture of Dingxi's Minxian County and Zhangxian County at 7:45 a.m.
