
Rats were found at three kindergartens at Huilongguan, Changping district, prompting local government checks of all district kindergartens, the Legal Mirror reported yesterday.
The paper randomly asked 22 kindergartens in the city, and most have no idea how to deal with rats.
CEO accused of abuse

BMW kidnappers jailed
Five men who kidnapped and robbed a woman of more than 70,000 yuan were sentenced to up to 14 years in prison at Chaoyang district court yesterday, the Legal Mirror reported.
The woman, surnamed Wang, was kidnapped as she got out of her BMW in Wangjing on January 11, 2011, and forced to drive the gang to Hebei Province, who made her withdraw the cash on the way.
