A BMW X5 vehicle collided with seven people in Dongguan in Guangdong province on August 11, leaving three dead and four injured. The BMW X5 vehicle driver surnamed Huang was not hurt in the collision.
Huang was now in custody. Police said Huang neither drank alcohol nor took drugs, but he had received psychological treatment before. The investigation into the traffic accident is under way.
