Beijing transport authorities announced a new hotline number for complaints about public transportation, including bad behavior from taxi drivers, 96123, which will go live from midnight on October 28, the Legal Mirror reported.
Beijing Municipal Commission of Transport will stop the operation of the current complaint hotlines 6535-1150 and 6835-1570 next June due to residents' feedback, saying the multiple numbers are confusing and hard to remember.
