In every month from May to November, a person named “Liu Xuemei” succeeded to get a car license plate in the increasingly difficult license plate lottery in Beijing.

In May, two persons with the name got the car license in the lottery.

“This is really amazing,” said Mr. He, who failed to get a car license again. One who needs a license should change his/her name to “Liu Xuemei”, he joked.

Nearly 1.3 million people participated in the car license plate lottery in Beijing in November, but the chance to success hits a new low of 1:67.

Through investigation, the reporter found that the identification number for each “Liu Xuemei” is different, implying they are different persons.
